My overall experience with 5 Star has not been good. They don't stand by their product and service. We had to rebuild our house from the derecho and the furnace was emitting CO2 over 1000 PPM outside a foot from the house on start up to the point that while I was working on the house doing tiling and rinsing off tools 20 feet away outside at the faucet I felt nauseous and ended up calling the gas company. I was surprised to receive same day service from Five Star Plumbing in Anamosa today. The young man, Dakota was professional, yet personable. I was impressed with his ingenuity in finding a way to solve a problem, and for taking time to explain the how and why of things he did. Ive been a customer for several years and have always been pleased with their service and the young men and women who represent the company.
Driver swerved his box truck to cut me off for no reason in traffic. Thought he was gonna tip over. There was nobody even behind me and nobody in front of him.
