I have always received the highest quality service from 5 Star Plumbing. Troy and Jamie were extremely knowledgable about products and how they should be installed. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any plumbing project.
Good service but was charged way more than agreed upon. No one told me of any up charges or that removing a toilet was over $100. I would never do business with these people again as they were not transparent on price. Thought it was $60ish for service call plus a couple hours of labor, maybe $300 total. Find out at the end the bill is over $600 to unclog a toilet(but they waived the service fee) When I called to express my concerns with the company I get laughed at by the receptionist.
I would recommend them based on their timeliness and friendliness. My first tech out to check for a gas leak is not qualified to be doing this line of work. He stated he can't smell because of his allergies, so he wouldn't be able to detect it that way. He also stated he can't hear well, so that he wouldn't be able to hear it click when the gas came on. Realizing you have a leak in your ceiling at 8:00pm on a Saturday is the worst feeling, especially when you don't know the cause. I called 5 Star at 8:15 Sunday morning and by 11:00 AM the repair was fixed for MUCH less than we expected. Nick did a great job explaining the possible causes and did the repair swiftly. HIGHLY recommend.
Fantastic response time and services! They responded right away to my inquiries and the communication was great as we emailed back and forth. They got me scheduled quickly and solved my plumbing issues. Their name is 5 Star Plumbing and they earned it. Would definitely recommend!
