I called them 1 1/2 weeks ago asking if they were booked because the rest of the plumbers in town were. I said I wanted my faucet knobs exchanged for something a little less sensitive to hard water calcium buildup. I didn't think it would be over $700. So when I got a quote of $3500 I rightfully rejected that job but asked them to replace the valve stems on what I already have. They said they'd be back in a few days. They weren't.
