The employees are always SUPER helpful, kind, respectful, personable, and chill!! I’ve been going to the gym for a few months now and needed advice and they came up with a plan and did a body scan that was super informative for me and showed my net cals and other info. I don’t think I got his name, but he was respectful and took his time with helping me, even labeled my jars for what was what haha I was so happy when I opened the bag and saw that always recommend them.

I had a great experience at 5 Star Nutrition. The staff was super helpful and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I did a body scan, and they took the time to walk me through my results and put me on a personalized plan that actually makes sense for my goals. I ended up picking up some protein, and they even hooked me up with a few free samples to try out, which was a nice bonus. Overall, really solid service and a knowledgeable team—I’ll definitely be coming back.
