5 star did a demo in my gym a few months ago. Thats when i met Brooke who was super informative and friendley. She made me want to check out the 5 star store. I have been a regular customer since and always appreciate the customer service I get from Brooke!
Everything starts with the staff, attentive, informative. Products easy to find, good recommendations from staff if your go to brand is not in stock.
