So they talked me into buying 3 things that i had never tried before, project hulk, project ripped, and project shredded. I know how diets usually go, I lost 110 pounds in 2019 but i have a tendency to get fluffy and cut down at least once a year. I know that how i look know usually takes about 4 weeks. Its been maybe one.
