I came in for a body scan today, but an employee (muscular build, dark skin, short buzz cut, around 5'5") refused to allow me to get the scan unless I made a purchase. The company website clearly states that body scans are free. This was disappointing and definitely not 5-star service.
This has been my tried and proven supplement supplier since 2020. Each and every time I've need advise and/or recommendations the staff has never disappointed. Couldn't be happier with the service received or the quality of the supplement purchased. Highly recommended if you're searching for a place where the staff provide recommendations from hands on experience. Had the displeasure of having a sales guy be very disingenuous and hyper manipulative. I said plainly I came to look. Proceeds to tell me I needed to shake his hand and implied I was rude for not complying. Creepy as hell. As a former personal trainer and someone has extensive experience in sales, that is the last thing you wanna do to someone.
