NOT RELIABLE Please do not use this moving company. I bought a deal on LivingSocial for $290 which included 3 movers and a truck for 4 hours. Before I bought the deal, I called the company to make sure they had an opening for 10/4/2014. I bought the deal on 9/12/2014. On 9/30/2014, I received a call to confirm my appointment. I have to say that the experience started off good but left me with a bad impression of the business. I submitted a request online via their website to see what the estimated cost would be. I received a call from Allen early in the next morning to set up an appointment which I appreciated the promptness. I didn't set up the appointment right then as I was awaiting further estimates. VERY, VERY bad experience with this company. Not only did the movers try to hustle me for an extra hour (and after calling the owner found out it was only supposed to be charged in half hour increments) but they also broke two items (one which was a mirrored nightstand). Gave the movers a tip even though they did not deserve it based on the little hustle they pulled at the end but to add insult to injury, they never said thank you. WORST MOVE EVER. Had move scheduled for 9-11a on 11/29/14. Confirmed on 11/28 everything was good. At 830a get a call that their truck had broken down and they needed to rent another and they would call me back. No call back. Call them again twice and same story. Keep calling with no answer. HORRIBLE!!!! They did not show for their appointment and ended up costing me more money!! DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never heard from them even when they confirmed the appointment!!!!! BEWARE

HORRIBLE. Contacted them for available date because of the living social deal. Of course they offered to do our move outside the deal. BIG MISTAKE. They RUINED two brand new mattress sets, AND put dozens of dents in my washer/dryer. Promised to send someone to repair the gouges out of our dressers and an insurance adjuster for the rest. Now, no responses and won't answer our calls. I'm calling an attorney.

I bought a deal on Living Social with these guys for two hours of moving for about $130. When I got ready to move I called and set up an appointment for two days later. When the time came I called to verify and they claimed they were running about 15-20 min late. Three hours later I still had not heard nor seen them. Thirty phone calls later, still no answer. I guess I should have read the other reviews online before buying this LivingSocial deal bc it looks like I'm not the only one that got scammed. Their tactic seems to be to schedule an appt then say they're running late and never show up. I took off two days of work when they promised they'd show up after bailing on me the first day. They conveniently don't answer when they don't show so I never heard from them again. Wasted $150 and was forced to move myself to a third floor apt. They should be shut down. DO NOT USE! SCAM!!
