Peter at 5 Star Motor Cruisers is a registered boat code agent with Maritime NSW for installing Hull Identification Numbers (HIN plates). I recently got my HIN plate installed there as 5 Star Motor Cruisers was the closest boat code agent to me. I was quoted the price for a HIN plate (it is a standard fee that Maritime allows you to charge) but after installation was informed that the price was double as I had to pay the same fee again for the paperwork.
