100% not worth the price! $310 for a sew in is ridiculous. I texted them the day before my appointment to get my total but no one told me the price only included 2 bundles (never did they ask me how much hair I was using or I NEVER would have set the appointment. You can’t do anything with 2 bundles). They charge an extra $60 per bundle when actual salons only charge $20. I also have to keep pulling my closure down because it’s not tight and keeps riding up. Worst possible experience! Avoid at all cost. Worst possible customer service. Technician was a sweet lady, but very unskilled. I am a cancer patient. I am suffering greatly as is. I had radiation and had a bold spot. Tech came to my home 2 hours late, I missed treatment appointment, came with the wrong color & type of hair. I had an important dinner to go to. As a temporary fix, I found an old wig. Tech cut it up and literally glued it to my head. She had zero idea how to blend or cut hair. I cried for 2 days. She took the ... read more
