Our family had a really bad experience renting our home out through Christine. This included her renting out our home for more time than agreed upon, which resulted in our family having to quickly find other living arrangements unexpectedly, change child care plans, and make all manor of other adjustments for our life for an additional month at our own expense. BED BUG INFESTED RENTALS! Shame on Christine and Natalie for renting out a bed bug infested house, that reeked of animal urine, bedroom doors that weren’t even able to close properly, back doors that wouldn’t lock, and stained and broken furniture. Disgusting behavior handling the matter, ignored calls and texts and lied about it later in reviews on Airbnb. NEVER RENT @ 1335 Centennial Blvd in Springfield, OR. Christine and Natalie are scammers!
I worked with 5 star as a cleaner and they hold a very high standard regarding the state of their vacation rentals.
I've called and left messages on both numbers for weeks now. No response.
