BED BUG INFESTED RENTALS! Shame on Christine and Natalie for renting out a bed bug infested house, that reeked of animal urine, bedroom doors that weren’t even able to close properly, back doors that wouldn’t lock, and stained and broken furniture. Disgusting behavior handling the matter, ignored calls and texts and lied about it later in reviews on Airbnb. NEVER RENT @ 1335 Centennial Blvd in Springfield, OR. Christine and Natalie are scammers!
I worked with 5 star as a cleaner and they hold a very high standard regarding the state of their vacation rentals.
I've called and left messages on both numbers for weeks now. No response.
They keep listings up even when they are already filled just to scam you out of your 15$ application fee.
