Within three months of purchasing my property the siding started to fall off. Within four months we had massive leaks any time it rained, flowing through my bathroom, through our living room and into the basement. Our basement's electrical box was "the size of a pool shed's" (says our electrician who had to fix all of this) and our dryer socket wasn't wired properly. The property my husband and I were purchasing had a faulty floor. The inspector FAILED to see the fact that the floor is falling apart! And it’s not covered, nor hidden in anyway! And the I beam doesn’t even extend the whole length of the basement to support the floor! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The inspector refuses to go back and look at the property and decided he was going to go off of his “notes” instead of owning up to his mistake. Avoid this company at all costs.
