Ben is a true professional. From first "meeting" over the phone to set everything up to this day he's been personable, responsive, meticulous, and informative. His thoroughness in the inspection saved me money, sure, but it also gave me the peace of mind I wanted to be confident in my decision to buy. We used 5 star home inspections for our new home inspection. Ben showed up before we did to look around. So, on top of being onetime which is important to us he was very professional, informative, and was super easy to talk to. If you need a home inspection call! they were wonderful. we felt more comfortable with buying the home after he walked through it.
Ben is the best inspector you will find! Very personable and easy to talk to. Not to mention he knows his stuff! He did a home inspection with radon test and sewer scope. We were buying an olde home so we wanted a very thorough inspection and that’s exactly what he did! The biggest recommendation he made was to have the sewer lines cleaned and re-scoped by the seller because he was unable to get his scope all the way out.
