5 Star Home Improvements lived up to its name. We have an older home and a detached garage which have large, older and worn-out roofs that were both pitched and peaked in some areas and flat in others. Our gutters were out-dated and needed to be replaced. We looked for months to find a reparable contractor but were frustrated until we learned of 5 Star. We had our roof replaced. Our roof did NOT leak prior to having a new roof installed. Now I have had to fix 3 leaks. They won't return my calls. Worst decision ever to use them.
March 30, 2017 a contract to replace our roof, spouting and touch up our chimneys started based on the date of settlement for our house. Five star home improvement was paid up front by our settlement company. It took this company over 8 months to finish our ROOF. They left walk boards nailed to the top of our roof. Trash in window sills. Tools supplies and wood on our second story roof trash in my yard and ladders and nails on my deck. I have been ever so nice and understanding with this company.
