Five Star deserves ten stars for service above and beyond my expectations. Excellent communications when quoting and notifying me of service times. Technicians were knowledgeable and efficient, always polite and positive. Also very conscientious about being tidy and cleaning up any mess. I highly recommend Five Start Heating and Air Conditioning and will be using them for all my future HVAC needs.

As a renter in St. Joseph, I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with 5-Star Heating and AC for a year-long, unresolved issue. Because my property management failed to coordinate the repair, I stepped in to handle it myself, which exposed a shocking lack of professionalism and communication from 5-Star.
