We had a complex HVAC project: completely new furnace and airconditioner as well as new ductwork. No other company would even consider doing it. Five Star did it with no problem, and at a very reasonable price. The communication was always excellent. Thanks to Lee for directing the project.
I use Five Star to maintain my Generac Generator. They come regularly and I have had trouble free operations.
I contacted them multiple times via their online form and never received a single response.
Five Star deserves ten stars for service above and beyond my expectations. Excellent communications when quoting and notifying me of service times. Technicians were knowledgeable and efficient, always polite and positive. Also very conscientious about being tidy and cleaning up any mess. I highly recommend Five Start Heating and Air Conditioning and will be using them for all my future HVAC needs.
