I'm so happy I contacted Mark! I have a rental house in Vegas, but live out of town. When my flight was cancelled, I was worried he couldn't fit me in because he'd already worked around other jobs to fit me in. Thankfully, he worked me into his full week and stayed late until the job was done. He was very responsive to my calls and texts and showed up on time!
