A pretty open and shut review. The guy quoted me about double what everyone else said. Then also tried to claim that my rollers were shot. Total salesman. I also asked for just a quote, but he came out as if I needed an emergency repair and needed it that same day. Which I did not. So of course I got charged a fee for him driving out there. Which, I get, thats standard practice, but It would have been really nice if he had told me that on the phone, or he had a website that indicated it. On April 3 I had 5 Star fix my garage door because it close uneven. After a couple of days I called back because the door was doing the same thing and was told that he was sick and he would call the next week and set up an appointment to come over. He never returned my call. I called someone else to fix my door. After charging me $573.00 for things that I didn't need the door was fixed and the charge was $50.00. I gave him 1 star because I can't give him a zero stars. I feel that I was ripped off.
