Issac was , knowledgeable, kind, personable, and gave me information l wasn't aware of. He was able to determine the problem from the text photo l sent, he came prepared, at the appointed time, the next day and made the repair on site. I would definitely recommend your services.
Steve was great. He advised and showed me the issues. I suggested a potential things that made sense to me to do which he agreed with replacing a couple extra hinges that take the load to match which one failed. He suggested that I wait on the others until I have issue later as not issues were found even though the garage door is 26 years old. I will definitely call 5 Star for my garage door needs.
Both springs on my garage door broke on Saturday. Called 5 star and was able to get a next day appt on a Sunday. Steve the tech showed up on time, was friendly and professional. Thoroughly explained the options available to go with as far as replacement springs and warranties. He had the repair completed in 30 minutes. I highly recommend 5 star for garage door service. I will definitely be using them for any future service needs.
