I stopped by as I do weekly to wash my vehicle. Having mobility Issues if the parking ares in front of the **** washing area are open I will park before running the car through the was and clean the interior prior to running through the wash. If they are full I go through the wash first. This particular time I did park first so and was using the air gun to blow collected leaves and debris from under my windshield and under the hood. Went to 5 star today and paid for a wash and the vehicle was not clean when I drove out. I requested a refund after an employee (*******) said my car was too dirty and they were not equipped to wash dirty vehicle. She wanted to know the last time I wash the truck. She said she would not refund my money but would let me go through the was again but said it would do no good and the truck would still be dirty.
