Great experience overall from start to finish. The interaction felt comfortable and easygoing while still staying professional. I liked how organized everything remained throughout the process. Communication was also very clear and helpful at every stage. It made things much easier for me.
Half of my house was without electricity and no clue why that was happening. They found the reason very quickly and fixed it without making a huge mess and got back electricity after only a couple of hours.
