Bad service & Liars....DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY – They destroyed part of my residence while attempting to clean the carpets. The part they refused to pay for. Finally after involving the BBB, the agreed to pay in order to get a positive resolution on the BBB complaint. After they agreed to pay they never sent the check to pay for their damages. This company cleaned are carpets and the look just like new – They cleaned my downstairs carpet and I just wanted to say what a wonderful job they did. This is the best carpet cleaning that I have had done in years. I have berber which is incredibly difficult to clean, but they did a fantastic job! I had friends over for dinner a few nights ago and one of them thought I had new carpet. Checked out the BBB on this company and they gave them an A rating. I would agree they get an A from me.

Best customer service and great work. – Very affordable pricing along with great customer service. I had a stain in my carpet that I didn't think would come out, but 5 Star got it out in no time. GREAT SERVICE This company went out of the way to help us. – We had a company party and some dropped their coffee just before the party. We called a lot of carpet cleaners and since it was late they didn't want to it. We called 5 Star and they came over with a truckmounted carpet cleaner and saved the party. Don't waste your time – If I could rate it 0 stars I would. I had 5 star clean the carpets of a house I was moving out of, at this point everyone had moved out and there was no furniture in the house. My landlord called me up a few weeks later to tell me that the carpet had to be cleaned again - he said it looked like the first cleaners had done little more than spray the carpet with water and then vacuum. Carpet Cleaning company that is wonder and very nice. – We had 5 Star to come clean our carpets. We have dogs and they did a number on our carpets. 5 Star came in treated all of the pet spots and then cleaned the carpets. They looked so good, we were very happy and they got the smell out. Decent Job – We recently used this company to have all of the carpets in our home cleaned for a move out and while they did a decent job it was nothing that great. The price was okay because they were having a special but I wouldn't use them again and I wouldn't pay anymore than I did for the service. My husband having worked in the carpet cleaning business before said the equipment they used did an okay job cleaning the carpets but it definitely wasn't a deep clean job- mostly just got the top of the carpet.
