Exceptional service. Arrived on-time, diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced one of two parts needed. Came back two days later with the other part and installed it quickly. Communication was great! Recommend highly!
Pam and Jeff are very responsive. My LG Fridge went out on Sunday. I called Best Buy and they told me to call LG. So I called LG after being on the phone explaining all to them I pre-paid a fixed price. Make sure you have the serial number. They found a local authorized repair company and gave me the number. Outstanding customer service, Penny was the best as was the tech that fixed my refrigerator. My Lowe’s Extended Warranty kept making appointments which were during times already booked. The first company (A1 Appliance) just sent e-mail cancelling and offered a date 9 days later. This company, Penny called me to inform me of scheduling conflict but worked with me to reschedule offering options. Both sooner than original appointment. Such courteous professionals.
