I had an emergency call as my first experience with 5 star air . It was after hours on a weekday and Im a new customer. They were here fast. They also had an hr drive to me. Transparent pricing right off the bat and explained the breakdown of service charge and after hours pricing giving me the choice to wait till the next day to save some money. We had contacted 5 star air for a second opinion after getting an estimate for a part that seemed outrageously priced by a different company. Antonio was able to come out the following morning first thing to diagnose and gave an estimate that was significantly lower than the first company! They were able to order the part immediately and came out the following day to install and we were back up and running! Great company, great service and the phone call to make sure the service was ok after was terrific!
A 10 star install . Antonio and his crew are amazing. My 3rd floor condo and working on the roof of the building was not easy and it was a very hot day. I'm very happy with my New A/C.
Amazing service. I called and spoke to Sheila in the morning. Then called back in the afternoon and got Matt. I thought they couldn’t get anyone out today since I called back late, Matt caught his tech and within minutes the tech, Jesse arrived and provided stellar service at my bakery. I am so happy I called 5 Star Air for a second opinion. Another company had come out to provide a check on my three aer-conditioning units and they told me that my ductwork had mold and needed to be replaced and it was gonna be $4500. It sounded suspicious because I bought the home 8 months ago and got a passing home inspection but he showed my husband pictures of the unit.
