5 Star replaced our AC unit quickly and at a great price. I liked the quick response time and the follow up visit to make sure everything was good and we were satisfied. I found the team to be professional and the customer service outstanding. The guys at 5 Star have been helping us for years with our house AC service. We knew our AC unit was old and would be due for replacement soon. When we had problems, the guys were quick to come out. Just got my motor and capacitor replaced, I really like the work they did. Technicians are very knowledgeable, they are easy to talk to if you have any questions. Work is done safely and efficiently in timely manner ( they finished in less than an hr ). When you call them on phone they answer pretty quickly and if they couldn’t, they call you back right after. The boss is very kind. Thank you for the great service. Highly recommend.
