5 Star replaced our AC unit quickly and at a great price. I liked the quick response time and the follow up visit to make sure everything was good and we were satisfied. I found the team to be professional and the customer service outstanding. The guys at 5 Star have been helping us for years with our house AC service. Just got my motor and capacitor replaced, I really like the work they did. Technicians are very knowledgeable, they are easy to talk to if you have any questions. Work is done safely and efficiently in timely manner ( they finished in less than an hr ). When you call them on phone they answer pretty quickly and if they couldn’t, they call you back right after. The boss is very kind. Thank you for the great service. Highly recommend.

Exceptional Service Beyond Expectations! I can't say enough good things about 5 Star A/C & Filter. On a Sunday evening at 8PM, when no technicians were available and all hardware stores were closed, the owner himself (Sabry Eskandr) came out to my house to help with my AC unit. I had diagnosed the issue over the phone as a faulty compressor capacitor, and incredibly, he had one on hand and made the drive out on a whim just to help me out.
