I have worked with several companies on HVAC issues but 5 Star AC & Filter LLC is the best out of them ALL. They came out and checked the issue. Even after it was fixed, they still followed up with both phone calls and also came back MULTIPLE times to physically see the system. It was EASY working with them. There was no rush to just collect money, fix and go their way. They took their time to work on the system and relayed what was going on at each point. I did recommend them over and over again. Thank you Team 5 STAR.

I was very impressed with the service. My ac went out in 100-degree weather at 8pm. When I called, the owner answered and said he would send someone right away. His tech apparently couldn't make it, so the owner himself showed up so we didn't have to sleep in the heat.. I am so grateful and will call this company for all my ac needs. I can't recommend 5 Star A/C Filter enough! Our A/C started making a loud noise on a Saturday, and my husband immediately knew something wasn't right. I submitted a maintenance request, and by the very next day, our A/C had completely stopped working. I'm currently 29 weeks pregnant with twins, and we also have five children, so having no air conditioning in the Texas heat was incredibly stressful.
