My home central AC blower failed. The 5 Star team was able to diagnose the problem and provide two options, (a) replace the part with lead time or (b) replace the entire furnace with no lead time. Option (a) being the more cost effective option, the 5 Star team was able to coordinate with the parts supplier to reduce lead time from 2-1/2 weeks to 5 days and minimize our time without central AC. Many thanks to the 5 Star team!

Excellent service. I called around 10:30 PM when my air wasn’t cooling, and the technician was at my house within 30 minutes. Did a thorough review of the system and clearly explained the details of what he was doing. Was able to identify a battery problem and get it replaced with one he had on hand. All was resolved and my system was back to cooling within an hour. Technician was very friendly as well and easy to work with. Would highly recommend!

I was referred to 5 STAR AC by one of my good friends, and I’m so glad that I was. I immediately texted them the issue that I was having with my AC unit and the following day, they came out to do their assessment to confirm the issue.
