We spent $24,000.00 to have a roof installed. Stated it was a 20 year warranty, three year warranty on labor. Three years and 8 days after the installation we called to have multiple leaks fixed. Happened to rain enough that we noticed the problem in a remote part of the building. Charged $450.00 labor and was told the repairs are warrantied for 90 days. If we had it to do again with this knowledge, we would have used another contractor. I hope this review helps other owners make decisions on a roofing contractor.
