We have bought houses on multiple occasions in Charlotte and have always worked with the team at 5 Points. We worked with Edwin each time and have always felt so taken care of as a home buyer. They are not pushy and seek to educate you on the process and progress of our city, helping you to make an informed and intelligent decision. We refer Edwin and 5 Points to everyone we know!
We would like to thank Ryan McGill—a fellow retired Marine—for helping us close on our house in our desired neighborhood. Ryan was a true professional and incredibly easy to work with, always giving us the room to express our wants and concerns. I’m a first‑time buyer and Tracy Gregg was incredibly patient with me throughout the process. She pointed out issues in houses before I even noticed them, so I always felt like she was actually looking out for me. When I backed out of a contract she didn’t pressure me at all and supported the decision. My dad is extremely skeptical of realtors and even he liked her, which says a lot.
We have been working with Ian since we bought our first home in 2020. I would highly recommend him and 5 Points if you are looking for an honest, professional realtor!
