I’m a first‑time buyer and Tracy Gregg was incredibly patient with me throughout the process. She pointed out issues in houses before I even noticed them, so I always felt like she was actually looking out for me. When I backed out of a contract she didn’t pressure me at all and supported the decision. My dad is extremely skeptical of realtors and even he liked her, which says a lot.
