Great people, great work!
Was coming in from out of time and a cop told me my back lights were all out. My grandma pointed us towards 5 points and we went. The place was closed when we arrived but William Davis, the service manager was outside. He fixed my lights despite being closed. It was the kindest gesture. My grandma and I are so grateful. Moments like that are worth writing a little review for. Thanks so much Mr. Davis, you are such a great individual. I am so grateful for your help today!
I am absolutely thrilled with the service I received at 5 Points Auto in Blue Bell, PA! I needed a comprehensive check of my vehicle before a major relocation drive to Tampa, and they went above and beyond. Vince and Luigi made sure my car had a completed a thorough inspection, addressing every concern, and finished the work expediently. Had a coolant leak which appeared to be from the cooler for the transmission on my Ford Escape. Had to wait 2 days for the cooler part to come in. After it arrived, when removing the old cooler, they realized that it was not defective, but the leak came from a "bushing" connecting piece. Not needing to replace the cooler saved me $300.
