I absolutely love the entire team at 5 Points Advance Dentistry! They truly go above and beyond to make what is usually the most dreaded appointments of the year a much better experience. I highly recommend 5 Points! Dr. Imm is incredibly knowledgeable and provides excellent care to patients. They are accommodating to minimize discomfort, including dental chairs that have massage and heating, which has really helped me as I have chronic back issues. I feel very well taken care of by Dr. Imm and his team!
Dr. Imm is the most knowledgeable dentist I have ever met. Not only does he take the time to listen to your concerns, but he also goes the extra mile to address the root cause of your problem rather than just treating the symptoms. His staff is equally wonderful; they are caring and make you feel at ease. Dr. Imm and his team have been nothing short of incredible from start to finish. They are intentional with every step, from new patient intake to thoughtful aftercare, and they talk you through every action in a way that makes a sometimes uncomfortable process feel calm and manageable.
