I have been coming to 5 Petals for years and have an extraordinary experience every time I come. Highly recommend for any service you could possibly need. All the ladies here are highly experienced and do a beautiful job!
I am extremely disappointed with my experience here. I came in for an acrylic refill and a thin French manicure, and it was the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. I showed the technician a specific picture of the design I wanted, but what I got looks absolutely nothing like it. The acrylic application itself is terrible—it is thick, bumpy, uneven, and not smooth at all. On top of that, the French tips are crooked, thick, and look completely unprofessional because the base coat turned the white polish into a messy, muddy co... read more
