The first time I went to 5 Petals, the experience was fantastic and very affordable. The second time I went it was the opposite. The girl was very rough and hurt me, despite me telling her I had sensitive feet. Then the bill was 30% higher than the last time I went. But the big issue was the manager lied to me. I have been coming to 5 Petals for years and have an extraordinary experience every time I come. Highly recommend for any service you could possibly need. All the ladies here are highly experienced and do a beautiful job!
I am extremely disappointed with my experience here. I came in for an acrylic refill and a thin French manicure, and it was the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. I showed the technician a specific picture of the design I wanted, but what I got looks absolutely nothing like it. The acrylic application itself is terrible—it is thick, bumpy, uneven, and not smooth at all.
