I had a shellac manicure and pedicure done recently and paid over $70. Unfortunately the shellac manicure started chipping within 4 days. I came back and had it fixed, but only 3 days later the polish has completely lifted and come apart again. This isn’t the first time this has happened at your salon, so I’m concerned the products or application may not be working properly- very bad quality. My pedicure with regular OPI polish is still perfectly fine. Hopefully they can refund me. I’ve got the mermeaid 21 on shellac.
I am beyond disappointed with the service I received at 5 Petals Nail Spa. I went in for a new acrylic nail set, and it was hands down the worst salon experience I’ve ever had. The technician glued the tips to the middle of my natural nails instead of the tips. As you can see in the photos I’ve attached, this left a huge, unsightly gap where water and dirt are already getting trapped. Came for a gel mani & pedi, I requested Tammy (the owner) as I heard from other friends that she was really good. I had two other techs do my nails, they were alright. The one doing the manicure didn’t know how to do ombré very well so Tammy did eventually come over to me and did it herself - and she was very fast and experienced. I wish that I could’ve had her for my service! The salon also isn’t the cleanest, but the prices were reasonable (I ended up paying $90 for both with the ombré).
Great value! My daughter loves intricate artwork and they did it for her.
I had an amazing experience at this nail salon. I got a manicure, pedicure, and gel polish, and everything was done perfectly. The staff were professional, detail-oriented, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The salon was very clean, relaxing, and well organized. My nails look flawless and the gel polish has great quality and shine. You can really tell they care about hygiene and precision. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for high-quality nail services and great customer care.
