I went to 5 Petals on recommendations and booked online specifically asking for Tammy for a Mani and Pedi. I could have chosen anyone but now my booking clearly shows Tammy. Once I arrived I again asked for Tammy but someone else came to start my pedi. I asked if she was Tammy she said no. They switched me to a different tech without even asking or letting me know. i’ve been going to tammy since 11 years ago. she’s the best, her team is amazing too! Great service and atmosphere!
I came on Monday and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The wait time was not too long either. My nails look great now!
