Helpful consistently very communicative in the front from conversations I’ve had! I have to edit this, initially I was pleased with the communication. Now I’ve had an issue where communication would easily resolve it but I’ve called multiple times left voicemails to try to communicate so I don’t have to drive all the way across town just to check on a situation. No response no email no nothing. In a bind simply due to the opposite of what was good when I was there.
only star is for the maintenance guy. He is good and quick. Been living here for 3 years now. The new management never has answers to anything you ask them. When will the mail boxes be fixed that are broken for 2 months? Did the lease renewal get approved? Where did my packages go when I have photo proof of delivery? And the list goes on... Gym is not good either, the weights go missing and instead of new equipment they put a vending machine in the Gym.

Good price. Close to everything. Staff mostly friendly. Pet friendly. However, STAY AWAY if you don’t like fire alarms and water being shut off. STAY AWAY if you have someone with Autism or sensitivity of loud noises. 1. Fire alarm testing is so frequent. Several times every 2-3 months. Unbearable loud noise. It will start randomly without clear announcement for hours. Even on snow days. I no longer know whether fire alarms are real or just testing anymore. I doubt my neighbors will know. 2.
