I lived here for two years and moved out in mid-March 2025. It is now January 2026, and I still have not received my security deposit refund Despite providing my forwarding address several times (once at move-out and multiple emails since then), calling, and requesting to pick up my check in person, this management company has not fulfilled their legal obligation to return my security deposit. Management is worthless. Our unit which was "ready for move in" had dry wall dust all over the floors there was a puddle in the living room. The carpet in the closet was wet and had a musky smell. Management has shown little interest or sincerity for the abysmal living co editions they put us in. I am counting the days until I can terminate this lease. Below find oir "cleaned" unit
This isn’t only my personal but a vast majority experience. YOUR VEHICLE IS NOT SAFE. The parking garage has cameras yet they never seem to catch who consistently is breaking into cars, my car was burglarized a long with three other people I know up here. I reported it to the leasing office and they will purposely leave you in a dead end to protect the apartment property. The maintenance man is in on this scheme and there’s no telling who else is. Management is a joke. 3 days before our move in they said our unit would not be ready for 5 days after the lease starts. They offer 2 units, initially saying we need to pay more those units (we have a signed lease with u it number and rent). Finally they show us the 2 "available units" neither was ready for move in. STAY AWAY
Really bad management. They don’t respond on time. The maintenance is also very poor, the hallway are dirty and not cleaned properly. Trash collection are irregular. Will not suggest leasing here. Even the security is really bad. I regret renewing the lease
