The place is very clean, well kept and management is great but if your neighbors are talking in a room that shares a wall its literally as if the wall isn’t there. whether above, below or next to it doesn’t matter you’ll hear every cabinet or door slam as well as every conversation your neighbors have. If you end up with bad neighbors you might as well move...
If you enjoy hearing your neighbors cell phone alarms in the morning and every conversation/door slam/kitchen cabinet slam then this is the place for you. Paper thin walls make it excellent for trying to sleep in the winter months when you can literally hear maintenance shoveling the sidewalks and plowing. Apartments were thrown up overnight and they obviously looked to cut corners on construction costs by forgoing any sound proofing whatsoever.
