Nous avons acheté un VR 5Mars modèle Week End en 2021. Le véhicule est très bien ( les détails de finition un peu vite faits mal faits cependant ) MAIS LE SERVICE APRES VENTE EST INEXISTANT. Il y a 2 mois j'ai appelé 3 fois ( toujours une boîte vocale) et envoyé 2 mails, pour obtenir une soumission en vue de l'installation d'un chauffage. Je n'ai jamais eu de retour d'appel ni de réponse à mes messages. On a vraiment le sentiment frustrant qu'une fois l'achat fait, il n'y a plus aucun intérêt pour le client.
