It took two months to get a new shower door installed. Had to have it specially ordered as it was a contractor grade shower door, so I was told. This started in mid May 2024. Early June they had to come out and take additional measurements again. I left daily unanswered messages before they came back out and Installed wrong size shower door at end of June. Was told they would get right size door in a week. Called everyday after that-no messages were returned. Had to threaten to go with another company again. Correct size doo... read more
They just installed our new shower glass. They were fantastic to work with and very professional. High five for being on schedule. We definitely will call 5 Island again when we do another.
