My auto insurance called this company to provide roadside assistance with a guarantee that they would show up within an hour. After an hour of sitting in my hot car, I called the dispatcher to find out they hadn't even sent anyone yet, and didn't think to notify me. Then, she was incredibly rude and unempathetic to my situation. One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had, don't even think about using this company!
Worst towing company for Phoenix residents. They quoted me a 3.5 to 4hr wait while I am broken down in the middle of the road. They then told me if I didn't want to wait to give my keys to Circle K across the street. Worst service ever and then the manager echoed the same service back to me with total disregard of my safety. Helped me in a very diligent and very awesome customer service way to help with my F150 to the shop. When they asked me what's wrong with it, I should have said it's a Ford, lol. Will use 5-D leasing if ever in need of services. Recommend that you try them before the rest. Thank you 5-D Leasing 🤗
