I really appreciate the assistance I have received from the entire office but I really want to mention the kindness and willingness on the part of the manager and the maintenance man to help me with the several problems I have had with the garage door and the microwave. My kitchen sink has been backing up for weeks and has now flooded my kitchen floor with dirty water flowing out from the sink drain, filling my sink, and then overflowing. I now have several rugs waterlogged with whatever a neighbor had washed down the drain. I have sent multiple requests to get it fixed more than three weeks ago as the problem continued to persist and get worse until the finally of today. New owners acquired the property and replaced the staff so I would not take any earlier and previous reviews into account. Today is the first 1st of the month with the new owners and the website will not let me log in to view or pay rent, nobody will answer the phone and nobody is in the office. Quite frustrating.
