I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for apartments immediately (or at all). Reached out to this company on November 10th. It rang and went to voicemail. Left a message, and that was it. The next day, someone named Gabrielle (hope I am spelling that right) reached out to me, explaining that she would be working with me. She asked the usual intake questions about income, area, current employment, move-in date (I was flexible with that), etc., nothing out of the ordinary. Do NOT work with this agency. They are scammers. They will string you along, they are not responsive, and they are working as brokers for property mangers who are a scam. They are terrible to work with and dishonest. After weeks of working with them to get an apartment, I finally got a text from the agent saying that I was approved and the lease was being drafted.
