We're the "Home of the Juicy Lucy", is a special kind of Midwestern treat. Our half pound Juicy patties are stuffed full of cheese and then grilled to a sizzle on a flat top. To top it off, we serve our cheesy creation on bakery fresh buns, made daily. Finally, we throw some pickles on there as a finishing touch. Enjoy! I love the staff and my perfect bloody Mary's but the kitchen needs to get it together!! We go there every sunday and have always loved the great food and atmosphere. Over the last couple months the it has taken over an hour to get our food or the order is screwed up. 1 week the cook refused to remake our food that he sent out wrong. So after months and months of waiting for them to get it right, I give up. It seems every Sunday morning there isn't enough staff and I wait at least an hour for eggs and bacon. I love the wait staff and bartender and they are the only reason I keep coming back, but come on! WTF!! Who the hell runs this place!

My very 1st time to 5-8 Tavern & Grill. I have never been so so disappointed at a restaurant in my life. The service was really really bad. Placed our food order and waited for about an hour only to find out from the waitress to come back and ask if she took our orders. 3 to 4 groups came in after us and received their orders. This does not even deserve 1 star. If I had the option to not pick a star, I would do so.
