This building has cockroaches and the landlord is not making efforts to remove them. They are in the building to the point of treating just your unit will not help. I've been dealing with them for the better part of a year and I am not the source. EDIT: Just heard from a neighbor that this place has had cockroaches for multiple years. The maintenance guy Larose responded to my request to fix my kitchen sink and repaired it very fast. I emailed Sunday, he came Monday morning. I was super shocked and thankful for this!!
