Don’t sign up online. I did, and was told the next they didn’t have the space I paid for, he said he would refund me and didn’t and now I just got an invoice for the second month email to me apparently they don’t know how to operate the online system
First of all the only reason I’m giving one star is that I can’t give 0 stars or I most definitely would. The owner is a shady con man and a liar. He took me for $100.00. But that’s ok it’s well worth it if I can prevent others from making the same mistake. Rented an outdoor spot sight unseen( my mistake). Showed up to drop off my jet skis and couldn’t get anywhere even close to the spot which I was assigned. The weeds were taller than my vehicle and the whole place was completely overgrown. Had outside storage, cancelled online and on the phone and still got charged. Owner is non-compliant. Hasnt refunded 2 months of rent that he charged after we moved out. The gate gets stuck open ALL of the time. He lives hours away so he is never around. The pictures online are not ANYTHING like what this place truly looks like. The weeds/ grass is over 4 ft tall. Not well taken care of at all.
