From the past rentals we have had, this has honestly been the less stressful one. The management replies in a timely fashion, address our concerns, and treat us with respect, as we treat them with respect! This place is peaceful and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. They always give their service beyond. They respond calls and answer even non urgent request promptly. The security is high. I never lost a package even my parcel waiting for me at my door in days. I am 100% recommend this place.
I've lived in building #9 for 10 years now and love it. This is a great neighbourhood with quiet clean buildings and spacious units. Very convenient for buses if you're not a driver like me, and lots of green space (a nice lake and trail just a 10 min walk down the road). Have never felt unsafe in or around the buildings as a single woman which is a nice change from where I used to live in Kitchener at a Greenwin owned building. Superintendents are prompt in answering any questions or maintenance requests.
