Called ahead and asked if they could do a job for me. I was told yes they could so I get there and then they tell me no can't do it. Quite unfortunate.

Had my pick up drop off for 4 new ball joints, upper and lower control arm bushings, all new shock, three new brake lines, all new tie rods, and an alignment. They did not replace the bushings and never told me, they replaced three ball joints, they replaced only two brake lines when I said to replaced three, they did replace the shocks and tie rods which I said to do and the alignment, and they did not fully bleed the brake system, which I bleed them the day I picked it up because it was very unsafe to drive. I dropped off my brand new axles and bearings to have the bearings pressed on. The manager and I agreed ahead of time that I’d be charged for ½ hour of labor. I left the parts with them since everyone was out to lunch and they said they’d start when they got back. Around 2 PM, I got a call saying they had broken one of my brand new bearings. When I arrived, I was told that I would need to find a replacement myself. I found the part, went and picked it up, and they agreed to pay for it — which I appreciated.
