I wouldn't trust anything these guys say. I live on the other side of the country and when you have to buy sight unseen you have to roll the dice and hope you're dealing with honest people. I bought a rig that I knew was old, but was given a list of things that were supposedly fixed or replaced and was completely mislead. The things they actually did had to be redone.
