We have been going to 4x4 obsession for 22 years. We have 3 4x4s and have never had any concerns. The service is prompt and if anything extra comes up they always call to let us know. They even sorted out a problem we had with the Ford when Ford was stuffing us around.we have never had a problem with 4x4 obsession.
Going through the reviews I can’t believe so many rate them so highly. My first experience was with my px2 work ranger. Dropped it off for a noise in the rear of the car. Quoted $1200 to do rear bearings and 1 day. 3 days later we get called down to be shown how THEY broke stuff during the course of the job and our new bill was 2k. So much for a quote hey. Ended up being the diff that the noise was coming from anyways so that was money well spent and well diagnosed. More recently I was given the shops number from a mate whil... read more

I took my Toyota LandCruiser to 4x4 Obsession for a full service, including transmission and differential servicing. There were no warning lights illuminated and no electrical or washer system issues prior to the service. During the service, I was advised that the rear brake pads were below 3mm and required replacement. I advised that I would inspect and address the brakes myself if required and asked that they proceed only with the service I had booked.
