I just picked up my 1997 FZJ 80 from 4x4 Labs yesterday. I was very impressed with the quality of build and the time and thought to make my rear bumper & swingarm. The material used is definitely solid. Customer service was great from the very beginning. I dealt with "HD" who walked me through "our" project and the potential it will be as I overland my rig. There will be more good things to come and I'm glad 4x4 Labs is a part of this project. Highly recommend them!
I think 4x4 Labs makes a great product. I’m definitely happy with the bumper system I ordered. However, the customer service experience has been disappointing. The tire swing arm sent to me was built for a different vehicle. They agreed to make it right if I would send it back to them, and they would reimburse the return shipping. Although they did make the swing arm right, they left me hanging for $100+ in shipping fees to fix their mistake. They have been ignoring my emails for months now.

4 x 4 labs is the best I had a great experience with them .they met up with a couple of obstacles and they worked around them they asked me for my input on a couple of things great product great welding great fabrication you might not get things on sale but you will definitely get your moneys worth I recommended 100% great people

They haven't returned my friends phone calls. How about calling a customer back.. when they have a problem with your product
Luke and 4x4 Labs is great. I run his histeer arms and DOM relay and tie rods on my 40. They can be tough to get ahold of on the phone, but you just gotta keep trying and when you catch 'em, you won't be disappointed.
