I had a major issue with my D Max with the 4WD locked on and not disengaging when Isuzu had already had my car twice. Being a "4WD specialist", I called in to this business for Raj's assistance and book my ute in, however, refused to work on the ute because it was an "Isuzu". I wanted to ask questions regarding items I sought to purchase, however, the phone rang and Raj kept me waiting near 10 minutes as he continued having a conversation, so I just left. I had a Safari snorkel and diff breather package installed on my new Hilux. Raj made room to fit me in before I left for the Easter long weekend despite being booked out and about to leave for a trip himself. He then stayed back late when I came to pick it up to talk me through the work. Thanks Raj.
