The employees are great
CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS, I bought tires that pulled my Jeep to the left really bad, I’ve called and stopped to see what we can do to fix the problem, always got the run a round and Kyle would say I’m researching it, after spending over $2000 for tires they would align the wheels NOT that’s extra so I take the Jeep to them and Kyle calls me 20 minutes later and Kyle said my Jeep IS NOT OUT OF ALIGNMENT so u can come and get it. They want to sell me all this other stuff that will fix my Jeep and I kept telling them it was the t... read more
The national call center is atrocious. I deal only with the Columbiana store. They are worth the trip.
Always have what you need and a lot of stuff to want for your four wheel vehicle.
