Walked in on a Monday at around 10am, totally ignored so walked out and purchased canopy and fridge elsewhere.
Never go here. Jake and his team have zero knowledge of the products they sell or how to fit them. Will bullshit to you that parts they fit (incorrectly) have failed because the product is inferior. They purposefully delay responses and rectification work, and only pay some sort of attention when talk of the ACCC comes about. Minus infinite stars.
Okay so I've changed my review after the issue was fixed the correct way, I had some spotlights installed and there was some issues I found after. But after a talk with the manager he was verry apologetic and got everything to where it should be in short time, they also just hired a electrician with loads of experience so that's always a plus... End result I'm happy and recommend.
I just paid over $8k for a front bumper, winch, spotties and UHF on my sons new Raptor, talk about poor workmanship, absolutely disgusted. Do not go there, sub standard is an understatement, looks likes they've cut the front with a chainsaw.
