I've walked in here looking to buy on three separate occasions. Every single time I was not greeted, no offer of help and simply not one person could complete the bare minimum standards of modern customer service. It's both disappointing and annoying as there isn't much choice in Townsville and I was looking to set up dual battery, tub drawers and other ideas. Guess they don't need the money or the business.
Went in and got a quote on a bullbar for my Raptor. The first person I dealt with was rubbish but Jason stepped up and has been amazing to deal with. He kept me up to date on everything happening. If I had a problem Jason was straight onto it, even had Gabriel and Calib from out the back come and help explain things to me. If u want amazing customer service Jason is your man.
Extremely happy with the fit out Jason & the crew did on my Y62, I had an idea of what I wanted done & with their expert advice & product knowledge we came up with a plan, then they went above & beyond to make it happen. From the first day I contacted them through to the end of the fitout, I was kept informed on the arrival/delays of the products ordered, & regular updates on the progress of the job once they started the fit out. If your looking for customer service, this is the wrong place to go. Didn't feel welcome from the time I walked in, half a dozen of them sitting at the counter and not one offered any help or service, I will buy elsewhere.
The team at 4WD central, did a great job on the fitout of my Hilux, they discussed in detail the components I wanted and the final purpose of the car, towing or 4wd, they routinely contacted me when parts arrived or there were delays, no fault of them. The team are great and will be returning.
