Very sloppy manicure, and told me she got nail polish on my fingers bc my nails are short😂 however a different lady gave me a really good pedicure!

NO STAR This was my third and final visit to this salon. I came in for a regular manicure and specifically asked to have my cuticles trimmed. From the moment I made the request, Chris gave me attitude. She began shoving my cuticles back with such force that it was actually painful. I politely asked if she could soak my nails first, since it hurt, and she snapped back “No” in a dismissive tone. She continued to cut my dry cuticles, which only made the experience more painful. My nails have never looked this flawless, and the gel lasted perfectly without chipping for weeks. Rose is incredibly detail-oriented and took the time to make sure everything was just right.
