Cici did an amazing job! Best manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had!
Went in for a manicure and they couldn’t shape my nails properly after two people tried. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m a man, but I’m very disappointed.
Just left here totally disappointed. I have short acrylic nails (3mm past my fingertip) and went in for a fill. Fills are $35. They charged me $70 by the time I walked out. I told the women I wasn't happy. Side of my thumb nail was gouged and not straight, she said it was because I have wide nails. I asked for pink powder and she put orange. When I questioned it, she said "it's pink, it's pink, it will be pink with the top coat on it. Then when my nails were ready a base coat she put pink gel polish on first. Painted my tips... read more
Had a new client come in who has been getting her nails done at this salon for several months and upon removing the gel colour I see what clearly appears to be several "rings of fire" on multiple nail beds. I asked her if she sees the same person every time and she said no so that is also very concerning. These people are clearly using wrong technique or improper tools and they are damaging people's nails.. ALL of them are. I had a wonderful experience at this salon. Cindy did a fabulous job on my nails as she always does. My husband and I come for pedicures and are always pleased with the outcome. Cindy has taken so much care and time into looking after my ingrown toenails and came up with such a magnificent solution and I’ve not had an issue since.
