Over 2 hours for toe varnish to dry (OPI brand)
I have been going to 4 U Nails every 3 weeks for my nail fills , I see Cindy , never once have I left unsatisfied! Cindy always takes the time to check if shape , color, design ect is ok before moving forward , her attention to detail is exceptional, I highly recommend giving Cindy or any of her team a try!
