I had been with Dr. Kosydar for 20 years. Always personable and friendly and no "upselling" and the office was never crowded. It was actually a peacful break from work. Last time (the very last time) I was having mild pain so I wanted to nip it in the bud. Dr. Vanman couldn't find a cavity but suggested I get a crown?? The office was standing room only too. I have had nothing but great experiences at this practice. Having a parent in the dental industry my whole life I have high expectations- this office exceeds all of them. Front office staff are always so nice and accommodating. All assistants and techs I have worked with have been wonderful. Dr. Vanman is amazing, he was able to fix a chip in my front tooth and looks like nothing was wrong and had other work done to perfection. Everyone that works there is always so happy. When Koysadar owned the practice it was wonderful. Now it is terrible. I went in for a routine cleaning. I was told I need to change out my fillings from when I was younger. I trusted Dr. VanMan and this resulted in having to get a crown on one tooth and the filling done incorrectly on the other tooth. This left me in pain for over two weeks until I was scheduled to get my permanent crown. I told them of my severe pain and they stated they couldn’t help me bc they didn’t have enough DH that day.
