I went for a first appointment here a while back. They specifically made a day and time ( I took the day off) for a cleaning PLUS other work to be done. After the cleaning they made it known there wasn't much time for me(???). I politely explained how this appointment was made for possible fillings as well as the cleaning and that I took the day off. We were seen here for a while after our prior dentist of very many years (who was fantastic!) moved, and 4th Street Dental bought the practice. Ultimately we were not happy with 4th Street Dental and went to another dental practice. The actual quality of work at 4th Street Dental is just fine. No complaints there. But my wife and I did not like being patients there because they were always trying to sell us something, or recommending procedures and things that our prior dentist never suggested we needed, and which thus far a... read more
Very professional and excellent customer service. Dr. Tandon is amazing and the entire staff was helpful and took care of me. I'm looking forward to coming back!
Terrible experience. They gave me the hard sell and I left there very dissatisfied.
The receptionist is a jewel and very kind and helpful! However the rest of the staff while kind is unprofessional and messy.
